Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the US takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping (2–3 days) is available at checkout. Hawaiian orders typically arrive in 3–5 days.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the US, Canada, and select international destinations. International orders may take 10–14 business days and customs fees may apply.
Is free shipping available?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, non-perishable items. Perishable goods (coffee, chocolates, etc.) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
How do I start a return?
Email us at Info@AlohanMahalO.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
Products
Are your products authentic Hawaiian?
Absolutely. Every product is sourced directly from Hawaiian farms, roasters, and artisans. We never sell mainland imitations.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Select the gift wrap option at checkout and we'll package your order in our signature tropical gift box.
Are your products allergen-free?
Many of our products contain tree nuts (macadamia), dairy, or soy. Each product page lists full ingredients and allergen info.
Orders
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, orders enter our fulfillment process. Contact us ASAP if you need changes.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status on our Track Order page.
