• We may correct pricing errors and update product information at any time
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues
• Orders are subject to availability and acceptance at our discretion

Pricing, Payment & Taxes

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure. AMO never stores your credit card or financial information.

Shipping costs and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

• Risk of loss for products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier
• AMO is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or customs
• We will gladly assist you with filing carrier claims for lost or damaged packages
• We ship all orders with care using insulated packaging when needed for perishable items

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right.

• Non-perishable, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
• Perishable items and opened consumables are non-returnable, but contact us if they arrive damaged
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect
• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable

Intellectual Property
